The 54 year old former World Championship Wrestling heavyweight champion spends his time spreading the word about his workout regimen called “YRG” or “Yoga for Regular Guys.”

Page, along with ex-wife and business partner Kimberly Page, demonstrated one of the workouts to a group of attendees recently at the Promolast wrestling convention in Atlanta, Georgia.
