Tiger Woods Image Makeover? Not Exactly.

Vanity Fair will get a nice pop for this cover that, at first glance, would appear to be the first photo taken of Tiger Woods since his disappearance in late November. The newsstand gazer will think this is Tiger beginning his obligatory Kobe Bryant-style image makeover.
Two problems with those very natural assumptions: the photo was taken in 2006 and the cover story was done without Woods's participation.
But I'm sure "Fair" will still make some money before most people realize either of those facts.
