Lane Kiffin Blows Out of Town (Video)

Here's the hurriedly called presser as shot by WVLT-TV in Knoxville. Another station in the market had reported that Kiffin had barred cameras after they refused to only shoot the first 30 seconds. Regardless, it didn't last much longer than that and Kiffin left without answering any questions.

Just when the Volunteers appeared to be in capable, albeit occasionally reckless, hands. The World Wide Exaggerator had the scoop on Lane Kiffin's apparent move back to Southern California.

A fine journo on the Pacific Northwest Sarkisian beat also published the same findings at about the same time.

In retrospect, it now appears easy to see why Kiffin was treating Knoxville and the rest of the SEC as if he was only subletting the place.

Regardless, Captain Mike can not be happy about this.
