Chad Ochocinco Claims the Bengals are Signing Terrell Owens

During a live chat on UStream Wednesday night, Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco claimed that the Cincinnati Bengals had signed free agent wide receiver Terrell Owens. The only problem with this claim is that the free agency period doesn't officially begin until February.
Ochocinco made the pronouncement live on his UStream page while getting off the phone with an unidentified person.
Ochocinco made headlines in October when he announced plans for a twitter based news network he dubbed OCNN and promised to break news around the NFL before traditional outlets could get to the story based on his network of friends throughout the league.
