Tebow appeared to impress the coaches and scouts in attendance with his new, more compact throwing style.
There are now unconfirmed reports surfacing that Tebow has been invited to attend next month's NFL draft in New York. An invitation usually reserved for expected first round draft picks.
If he has proper representation, they will advise him not to attend the draft spectacle. It took years for anyone to remember Aaron Rodgers for anything other than his interminable wait in the green room. Same for Brady Quinn who has yet to build an on the field resume to shake the "wrist watch gazing" montage.
And if you happen to forget these images, you won't have to wait long to see them replayed at the draft every year from now until the end of time.
Potentially compounding the wait is the new format that has the first round on Thursday, second round on Friday, followed by the final five rounds on Saturday.
Tebow should enjoy the day, or days, with his family in the Gainesville or Jacksonville areas. There will be plenty of future opportunities to get heckled by Jets fans.
